• Troubleshooting Unified Communications TUM

• Cisco Call Manager Version 4.X, 6.X, 7.X, 8.X, 9.X and 10.X (Server,Express)

• Cisco Unity Messaging Server Version 4.X, 5.X and 6.X (connection, Express)

• Cisco Unified Presence

• Unified Communication Systems integration between Cisco and other Vendors (Like Polycom).

• lP Telephony and Video End Points

• Virtual Telepresence Server - VTS

• Conductor

• Expressway Core - Exp

• CExpressway Edge - ExpE

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering or the equivalent degrees.

CCNA, CCNP Voice (BSCI Building Scalable Cisco Internetwork.

CCNA Video.

Work Experience:

3+ Years of relevant experience
