Support business analysis department in conduct business process analysis, preparing gap analysis, and generate relevant reports when needed.
Participate in analysis of the business processes and models, and ensure the consistency and quality of the data and analysis.
Cooperate with stakeholders and participates in meetings to understand the business requirements, conduct a thorough analysis and come up with full report to the development team
Perform an accurate and professional work on process modelling and gap analysis and participate in implementation of business process improvements and corrective actions by utilizing the expertise of continuous improvement process.
Analyse the strengths and weakness of processes through SWOT analysis. Provide insights and performance in tracking and managing the requirements using appropriate Matrix.
Assist in test planning, test preparation and report generation to assure that all aspects of a project are in compliance with the business requirements.
Perform any other duties as required by the line manager.

Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information technology, management information system or a similar field
Minimum Experience:
1+ years of experience in business analysis or any other comparable area
