The Analyst, Cybersecurity Services, is responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. This role involves supporting cybersecurity efforts by assessing risks, conducting vulnerability assessments, and providing recommendations for enhancing the organization’s security posture. The Analyst works closely with the security operations center (SOC) and other teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.

Duties : 1. Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) tools to detect and analyze security events, anomalies, and potential threats. 2. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits, identifying weaknesses and recommending mitigations. 3. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulatory requirements by assisting with audits and implementing controls. 4. Support cybersecurity awareness programs by assisting in the development of training materials and conducting awareness sessions. 5. Prepare regular reports on cybersecurity incidents, threat landscape, and security program metrics. 6. Work closely with IT and other departments to support the implementation of security controls across systems and networks. 7. Respond to and investigate cybersecurity incidents, following established protocols to contain and mitigate threats. 8. Analyze threat intelligence feeds and reports to identify emerging security threats that may impact the organization.
