Define high-level enterprise architecture (incl. data exchange)
Ensure consistency between process, application, data and infrastructure architectures and advise on changes
Ensure compliance of planned and ongoing projects with target enterprise architecture
Develop the system specification and design of business applications.
Develop and enhance MLSD Applications.
Assesses business process requirements; analyzes structure and flow of work and data that support needs; evaluates possible solutions and implements and/or recommends solutions that support the mission, values and goals.
Works closely with technical staff, vendors, and contacts from other institutions to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Creates and maintains standards, procedures, and documentation related to area of responsibility.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
3+ Years of relevant experience
