The Portfolio Manager, Delivery Management is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects and programs within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource optimization, and successful delivery. This role requires close coordination with project managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and optimize resources across the portfolio. The Portfolio Manager leverages data-driven insights to provide strategic guidance, ensure project alignment with business goals, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Duties : 1. Manage a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. 2. Collaborate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively across projects, optimizing utilization and balancing demand. 3. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio to minimize impacts on project delivery. 4. Track and report on portfolio performance metrics, such as cost, schedule, scope, and quality, providing insights into overall health and areas of concern. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio-related inquiries, building strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and leadership. 6. Develop, implement, and refine best practices and frameworks for portfolio management, delivery methodologies, and governance. 7. Monitor and manage portfolio budgets, tracking costs and ensuring alignment with financial objectives. 8. Work with senior leadership to prioritize projects based on business value, strategic fit, and resource availability.
