Duties : 1. Responsible of reviewing costs, estimates, delivery plan, resource planning, etc.… 2. Suggest ideas and alternatives to reduce proposal value (cost reduction, build or buy, internal development or through partnership) 3. Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids 4. Liaison all post bid reviews with customers 5. Lead and manage the end-to-end process for assigned bids, including developing timelines, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission. 6. Write, edit, and organize content for proposals, tailoring responses to address client requirements and highlight organizational strengths. 7. Lead the bid management process, including analyzing bid opportunities, assessing bid requirements, and developing bid response plans. 8.
